Ground Works – Please move cars and bikes and help us to get the works done

We are now advised that these works are commencing 1 March 2021.

You may have noticed that the ground works have started today. These are being done across all of the development (Raleigh Court, Brunel Road, Clarence Mews, Nelson Court and the four Riverside Courts).

This means that cars and bikes may need to be moved around as the works are done – Please could you check your cars and bikes for a note saying that it needs to be moved. Anyone who has parked a bike in the overflow car park please could you also move it elsewhere in the development as a lot of work is being done in the overflow car park.

New bike racks are being installed next to Raleigh, and should be ready for use by tomorrow, so please move your bikes over there in the morning. Ground levelling works and repairs to the road surfaces are also happening.

We appreciate this is disruptive to everyone (noise, moving cars and bikes around etc) but the works are necessary and should be worth it for all residents across Brunel Point.
