Replacement Windows

At the recent AGM, we’ve been made aware that some residents may wish to work together to have their windows replaced with more modern energy and heat efficient units. Windows other than windows in the communal areas are each owners responsibility and not that of Brunel Point Management Company.

Residents may wish to swap details of providers used in the past who have provided windows which were previously approved.

If you’re interested in trying to see if anyone else is looking to have their windows replaced, please do take a look at the unofficial Facebook page where you may be able to find someone else also interested.

Do note that Brunel Point Management Company does not suggest providers and cannot coordinate such efforts should you wish to participate and these are agreed between residents and not Brunel Point. Any providers you engage for the works are done at your own risk and on terms between you and that supplier, and not Brunel Point Management Company.

Do note however, that all window replacements are subject to approval by Brunel Point Management Company, and we will only approve such replacements which adhere to the window replacement policy and specifications which can be found on the policies page here or requested from HML. Any approval given by Brunel Point Management Company is not an endorsement of a supplier or their product, but only that the specification provided to us appears to adhere to the specifications set out in the policy.
