Bins and Recycling

Just a quick reminder as to what can go in the non-food recycling bins on the development. Please see our guides on the FAQ pages, and this link to the “What goes in the recycling” pages on Southwark Councils website.

Do note that Southwark Council can and will refuse to collect bins when there are persistent breaches of their rules. The Management Company then has to arrange private collection of this waste at a cost to all residents.

Please flatten boxes where possible so that we can get as much as possible into the bins – they are in particularly high demand at the moment.

Furniture, electronics, clothes etc. cannot be recycled via these bins, and the food bins also have specific do’s and don’ts.

Note that we are working with HML to have any broken bins replaced as soon as possible.
