Brunel Point has 28 freehold Houses as part of it, split into two main sections:
- 64-85 Clarence Mews; and
- 50-64 Brunel Road.
The houses only use Amenity funds from the development, and therefore only pay for items which benefit and are used by everyone on the development. They do not contribute to costs for any of the blocks of flats or the services that they only use.
